AceSeq™ DNA dA Tailing Kit is designed for adding a dA tail to the blunt-ended DNA fragment. This kit utilizes the template-independent terminal transferase activity of Taq DNA polymerase. In the presence of only dATP, a dA tail is added to the blunt-ended DNA fragment, so that the blunt-ended fragment can also be cloned by the T vector.
