RFP-Human Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (RFP-HBMMSCs) are derived from puromycin-resistant HBMMSCs that have been transfected with RFP-expressing lentiviral particles. They are provided as proliferative cells or cryovials at passage 3-4. Each batch is tested to ensure successful passage for at least three times after thawing. Human mesenchymal stem cells contribute to mesenchymal tissue regeneration and support the growth and differentiation of primitive hemopoietic cells in the bone marrow. However, they do not fulfill all stem cell criteria, lacking the ability to regenerate whole tissue compartments or have indefinite self-renewal.
