Mouse Heart Microvascular Endothelial Cells (mHtMVECs) were initially isolated from mouse cardiac ventricle tissues of 3-week old C57/Black6 mice and SV40-GFP-mHtMVECs were selected from mHtMVECs infected with SV40 and GFP expressing lentiviruses with puromycin. Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of Sv40-GFP-mHtMVECs. And we warranty a minimum of 30 passages of the cells if cultured following the detailed protocol described below. |
